All products supplied by Labspace are protected by Australian Consumer Law as gazetted by Australian Government.

Goods are subject to Manufacturers published warranties.

Warranty replacements or repairs must be lodged with Labspace by sending an email to sales@labspace.au 

No goods must be returned without a RMA authorisation issued by Labspace.

Shipping costs for the goods itemised in the RMA is the responsibility go the client.

Local EFT payments are free of charges. Card payment fee @ 1.75%. 

Financing can be requested for big ticket items that Labspace has quoted for.

1. Labspace does not receive any kickbacks, introduction fees, commissions or gifts from Multipli.

2. If buyer requests to investigate financing their investment opportunities via Labspace, an introduction will be made.

3. Labspace is not involved in any discussions between Multipli and buyer and the application process.

4. If requested by the buyer, Labspace may need to amend and update the quote during this process.

5. If the financing is approved and accepted by the buyer - Multipli will pay Labspace for the order and deliver the goods as agreed between buyer and seller.

5. There is no limitations placed on the buyer to only seek financing through Multipli.
